Make sure your photo meets following requirements:
- High quality photo with enough light and contrast
- Full body shots work best
- Pets are welcome too
What to avoid:
- Blurry or dark images
- Face close ups
- Text or logo's
- Too many people in 1 shot
- Any inappropriate content (nudity, violence, etc.)

No, we do not store your original photo. Only the final edited illustration you ordered is saved. This allows us to process your order and makes it possible to reorder in the future if you wish. Your privacy is important to us, and your photos are never used for any other purpose.

Don’t worry, it happens sometimes.
Check that your file is JPEG or PNG. If it still does not work, it might be because the system blocks photos with inappropriate content.

Digital download: By making the best use of available technology we are able to deliver your digital download within minutes after ordering. You will receive an e-mail with a link to download your illustration.
Print and framed print: We work with local printing partners, so we can ensure quick and durable delivery. The average delivery time is 1 week. This is an estimation and can vary due to location, product and other circumstances. We will keep you updated on the exact delivery date as well as possible.
